*Specialized Metallurgy:

Throttle Up Propellers has researched different metal properties for our propellers.  We begin with pure VIRGIN Stainless Steel, to cast our propellers.  Our propellers are then Heat-Treated, in house, with formulas very specific to our objectives.  Additionally we know that some of you have extreme HP Engines that require the correct propeller metals and treatments be used when customizing propellers to showcase this power.  We have developed a Coalescence Treatment that increases the densification of the metal molecules.  This produces a propeller that is stronger than any other stainless steel propeller on the market today.

*CNC Propeller Laboratory Services:

Throttle Up Propellers has one of the most progressive Propellers Laboratories in the propeller industry.  Our fully computerized laboratory ensures that your CNC propellers are maintained to the highest of tolerances.  This service is imperative for those with CNC Propellers.  Additionally, with this equipment we are best qualified to assist our clients with the repairs of their CNC Propellers.  We encourage our clients to use our services exclusively when it comes their Throttle Up CNC Propellers.
